Production:  La Petarda Sangria de Cava is a modern and pioneer project, the first bottled cava based sangria to come on the market. A light sparkling sangria made from black Garnacha grapes by the Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in a large stainless-steel tank prior to bottling, introducing concentrated flavors in isobaric machines to maintain the carbon. The result is a light and seductive sparkling with a pale pink color, fine bubbles. Fresh and floral with subtle aromas reminiscent of rose liqueur. Elegant and harmonious.
