Production:

Pisco is Chile's national drink, a grape spirit produced by distilling wine in the Chilean regions of Atacama and Coquimbo. It is a product with a designation of origin.

Alto de Carmen is a premium Pisco from the Huasco Valley in the northern part of Chile. It is crafted from a fine selection of 100% Muscat grapes, carefully distilled in a copper pot still using a discontinuous batch process and aged for six months in American oak barrels.

Bright amber in colour, clean and fresh, floral aromas with a fresh citrus touch and subtle hints of nuts. Soft, round, and quite creamy-textured.

Ideal for enjoying alone or with ice.
