The Yamazaki Distiller’s Reserve is the introduction to the Yamazaki brand, the pioneer of single malt Japanese whisky. It came to substitute the 10-year-old, mixing malts between 8 and 20 years old.

Distilled in a traditional way in copper pot stills, it has aged in a mixture of Mizurana (Japanese oak) barrels seasoned with Bordeaux wine, Xerez wines, and American oak barrels.

This luxurious, exclusive, and elegant whisky is all smoothness, fruitiness, and sweetness, displaying a combination of spices and fruits, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, and a touch of coconut. Floral and harmonious. Subtle, refined and complex.
