Production:  Pacharán is a liqueur almost exclusively made in Navarre, North Spain where it is a traditional a very popular after meal drink, dating back to medieval times. It is made by macerating the selected blackthorn or sloe berries growing wild (Endrinas) in anise, using the same artisan methods and traditional resources used by the Belasco Family since its beginning in 1834. They use fresh Endrinas sourced locally from Navarra`s plantations. Macerated during 2 months and filtrated up to 5 times.

Etxeko pacharán presents an intense red color, with intense fruity aromas and aniseed nuances. On the palate is very soft and velvety, sweet with a very soft and pleasant long aftertaste.

Best served very cold at its purest 3º – 7ºC or can be served with ice if preferred as an after meal drink to help with the digestion.
