Production: 

Vermouth produced by Celler Sort del Castell with their exclusive formula in Reus (Tarragona) since 1884. The Celler is well-known for its vermouth, mistelas, and dry wines. They follow the traditional maceration and ageing methods of the old producer houses in the Italian Alps.

With a mahogany colour and orange highlights, it shows herby and spicy notes with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

An excellent everyday aperitif, served very chilled with 2 anchovy-stuffed olives, 2 to 3 ice cubes, and a slice of orange.

This is a special commemorative edition of Tarragon's Fiesta Santa Tecla 2026.
