Elaborated in Reus (Tarragona) by Celler Sort del Castell since 1884, well known for its vermouth, mistelas and dry wines, over 100 years producing vermouth with their exclusive formula, following the traditional maceration and ageing methods from the old producer houses in the Italian Alps. Bright cherry in colour, displaying aromas of caramel and herbs and slightly minty notes. Refreshing and smooth, it makes an ideal light aperitif.  Serve very chilled over ice.  It is sweeter and lighter than traditional vermouths.
