Production:

Since 1884, Celler Sort del Castell, well known for its vermouth, mistelas, and dry wines, has been producing vermouth in Reus (Tarragona). Over the past 100 years, they have produced vermouth using their exclusive formula, following the traditional maceration and aging methods from the old producer houses in the Italian Alps.

It has spent 1 year of aging in oak barrels, and the result is a delicious, unique, and matured vermouth with good weight. Deep yellow color, highly aromatic, velvety on the palate, with herby and spicy notes. Ideal as an aperitif.
