Production:

Elaborated in Reus (Tarragona) by Celler Sort del Castell since 1884, well known for its vermouth, mistelas, and dry wines. They have been producing vermouth using their exclusive formula for more than a century, following the traditional maceration and ageing methods from the old producer houses in the Italian Alps.

With a mahogany colour and orange highlights, herby and spicy notes, and balsamic touches. Good aromatic intensity in the mouth with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is an excellent everyday apéritif. Serve it very chilled with 2 anchovy-stuffed olives, 2 or 3 ice cubes, and a slice of orange.
