Tuets Tot Blanc is made from a blend of all the white varieties of the winery with its own yeasts.

Tasting notes:

Natural wine, unfiltered, pale yellow colour showing some cloudiness, with notes of ripe tropical fruit, pineapple, and mango. Creamy and soft-textured, with volume, anise tones, and a pleasantly bitter touch towards the end.

THE CELLER

Celler Tuets is a small family winery in Aiguamurcia, a small village situated in the Alt Camp area in the province of Tarragona.

The creator of the wines is Albert Domingo, a passionate and enthusiastic young winemaker who, together with his father, works the family estate, 70 hectares of land that have been in the family’s hands for six generations. Of those, 22 ha are planted with vines on predominately calcareous soils at an altitude of 500–600 meters above sea level.

The wines are organically farmed using biodynamic principles, which Albert is very fond of. They have been practising organic farming for a long time, and for a few years, the farm has been fully certified organic.

Albert’s philosophy is zero intervention, manual harvest; all the wines are vinified in stainless steel vats, fermented with natural yeasts, with no fining, stabilisation, or filtering, and are sulfite and additive-free.
