Tuets Parellada Brisada/Orange is a natural white wine made from the white Parellada grape variety. The grapes are sourced from the "Repla del Puones" vineyard.
The wine is made from 100% Perellada, following the vinification process for red wine, which consists of a prolonged fermentation of two weeks in amphora in contact with the skin, which provides the wine with a deeper golden colour and body. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for 9 months in a clay amphora.
Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulphites. Limited production of 1836 bottles.
Tasting notes:
Natural wine, unfiltered, pale yellow colour showing some cloudiness. A frank and direct wine. Mineral with herbaceous notes, fresh, with a pleasantly slight bitter touch and soft acidity.

THE CELLER
Celler Tuets is a small family winery in Aiguamurcia, a small village situated in the Alt Camp area in the province of Tarragona.
The creator of the wines is Albert Domingo, a passionate and enthusiastic young winemaker who, together with his father, works the family estate, 70 hectares of land that has been in the family’s hands for six generations. Of those, 22 ha are planted with vines on predominately calcareous soils at an altitude of 500–600 meters above sea level.
The wines are organically farmed using biodynamic principles, which Albert is very fond of. They have been practising organic farming for a long time, and for a few years, the farm has been fully certified organic.
Albert’s philosophy is zero intervention, manual harvest; all the wines are vinified in stainless steel vats, fermented with natural yeasts, with no fining, stabilisation, or filtering, and sulphite and additive-free.
