Production:

A blend of Verdejo with just a touch of Viura (5%), vines indigenous to the region sourced in different areas from the D.O.Rueda grown on loose soil, gravel, and limestone. The vines are trained bush and cordon. 

Machine and manual picking. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats using native and selected yeast.

Tasting Notes: 

Clean nose, with lively aromas of green apple and pears as well as hints of fresh herbs. With just the right level of crisp acidity, it is balanced and very harmonious, with a lovely herbaceous touch towards the end. Good varietal character and depth.

Compañia de Vinos deTelmo Rodríguez was established in 1994 after Telmo's working time in the family owned winery Remelluri; actually, he is already producing rare and limited world-class quality wines in eight different DOs, using exclusively native grape varietals traditional to their regions and following his philosophy of recovering abandoned vineyards that are biodinamically farmed and exclusively bush-trained.
