Vitalitat is the sparkling natural wine from Salvador Batlle, a revitalizing, electric, fresh, festive wine quite floral and aromatic emphasizing the catalan autochthonous varieties with a renewed look.
A blend of mainly Parellada from 50 years old vines organically farmed, vineyards located in la Sierra de Montmell - Baix Penedès, region in the province of Tarragona.
Hand harvested, destemming and maceration with skins for 3 days. Fermentation spontaneous in steel tanks with natural yeasts, finishing the fermentation in bottle.
