Artisan wine of ecological viticulture. The Cosmic Gratitud is noted for its freshness and finesse with less concentration and less wood. Made from 100% Cabernet Franc ecological grapes sourced from the highest altitude growing vineyards in the Baix Penedés region in the province of Tarragona.
The wine is organically farmed following the biodynamic principles.
Vinification:
Hand harvested. Fermentation takes place in open oak barrels with natural yeast. Double ageing, 30% in clay amphora for 1 monthand the rest in oak barrels during 6 months. SO2 10mg/l. Bottled unfiltered.
Tasting Notes:
Nicely crafted wine, exhibiting freshness, finesse, and fruitiness, smooth, harmonious with plenty of elegant, mature fruit and floral hints, the tannins are smooth and easy with a very fine, long finish.
Notes: To drink now and over the next 3-4 years.
