Le Nez du Vin Rouge from Jean Lenoir contains 12 aroma bottles of the most basic faults found in red and white wines with index cards for each aroma and a guidebook as explanation. 

- 12 aromas to tell immediately if a wine is corked, oxidized, or shows reduction:
vegetal, rotten apple, vinegar, glue, soap, sulphur, rotten egg, onion, cauliflower, horse, moldy-earthy, cork.
