Elaborated by the Oratvin Group at the facilities of Celler Sort del Castell in Reus (Tarragona), a renowned centenarian house and producer of good-quality vermouths. The Olave Project was born in 2014, and their range of vermouths stands out for its profound aromas and the combination of botanicals used, which determine its personality.

Olave is an innovative vermouth of high quality produced following the classic process updated to new times and tastes. Elaborated after a base of white wine from the variety Macabeu is macerated for over 2 months with a selection of between 60 and 80 aromatic herbs and spices. The result is a modern, friendly, soft, and smooth vermouth in perfect balance between sweetness and aromatic herbs. Fresh and creamy.

An excellent everyday aperitif, served very chilled with ice cubes and a slice of orange.
