Production:

Made from a blend of grapes sourced from the winery's youngest vines, with an age from 8 to 15 years, grown in different terroirs at an altitude of 50 to 350 metres above sea level. Aged for 10 months in 50% cement vats and 50% used French Allier oak.

Tasting Notes: 

Displays a good nose for black fruits, spice, and coffee notes. Silky-textured and round, with succulent plummy flavours on the palate and well-integrated soft tannins. Creamy and very approachable, with loads of ripe fruit and a subtle bitter finish that invites another sip simply to enjoy it.
