Serving Temperature:  14º - 16º

Production:  Elaborated from grapes sourced from younger vines of 15/20 years in age, from vineyards situated on hillsides of steep slopes at an altitude of  350/450 metres above sea level. The soil is made up of the characteristic  Slate,  named “Licorella”.
The grapes are hand sorted both in the vineyard and the cellar.  The wine has been aged for 10 months in 2nd year, very fine-grained French oak barrels. Bottled without clarifying or filtering. 

 

Tasting Notes:  Fresh, soft and gentle with lovely nose of ripe red berries, wild herbs, sweet species and mineral notes; up front and warm.  Smooth tannins on a long finish.  Fruity,  fresh and expressive a perfect description for this friendly wine from Priorat.

 

Drinking  beautifully now through 2030.
