Ecologic wine of very limited production, sourced from a single finca, "Coster de l'Alzina”, the name referring to a tree growing on the slope of the family’s oldest vineyard in Torroja, which is planted with old Carignan vines on the characteristic slate, named Licorella soil, and at an altitude of 339–387 meters above sea level.

Production: The cultivation of the vineyards is done under sustainable viticulture and by observing the biodynamic principles. They employ no pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides. Fermentation is spontaneous in French oak. Aged for 12 months in a second-year French oak barrel of 3000 liters, followed by another year resting in the bottle.

Tasting Notes: Aromatic personality of very ripe black fruit and liquorice, cherry, raspberry, floral and herbal notes, with a subtle mineral and toasty undertone. Smooth with soft tannins, quite round and polished with good acidity and a juicy feeling.

Note: It is recommended to decant the wine before serving. Enjoy it over the next decade.
