Production:

Carignan is the primary variety, sourced from vines growing in nine different old vineyards, small parcels with small productions, located at the heart of the Montsant, each vineyard with its different characteristics in soils, altitude, and exposure. The resulting wines are noted in general for their elegance, great ageing potential, and complexity. Limited series of 3102 bottles.

After a manual harvest, he vinifies his grapes from each vineyard separately; ageing takes place during 12 months in 225 L. and 300 L. French oak barrels

Tasting Notes:

Fresh, liquorice-spice, and dark-fruit-scented nose. Fresh and fruity on the palate with warm, ripe, succulent fruit well defined together with spice and toasty notes.
