Serving Temperature: 14º-15ºC

Production:

Sourced from vineyards located in the higher hills around the triangle of Belmunt, Molar, and Lloar, on hillside slopes facing north and northwest.

The soil is made up of the characteristic slate, named "Licorella".

The harvest is done manually, and it ages for 11 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

A fresh, aromatic, lively style with floral and mineral notes. Creamy and smooth palate with plenty of flavour, character and a fragrant finish.

Note: For consumption over the next 4-5 years.
