Production: 

Elaborated from 100% Trepat grapes sourced from 12-year-old vines. Harvested manually, this cava has a minimum ageing of 18 months.

Tasting Notes: 

Fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh and bright with scents of wild fruit, especially strawberry, and touches of rose petal. Fresh and floral on the palate with good complexity, it displays intense wild berry flavours and crisp acidity. Well-integrated bubbles with a fresh and pleasant long finish.

Note: Best consumed up to 12–18 months after the disgorgement date. Ideal as an aperitif, it also combines well with seafood, fish in sauce, rice dishes, cold and white meats, and desserts.

THE WINERY

Agustí Torelló Mata is a family-owned winery of highly acclaimed prestige in the region, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the capital of Cava and the heart of the Penedès region. They produce cava from traditional local varieties: 100% Penedès and 100% old vines. They strictly monitor the vines' growth, set production limits, and practice manual selection and picking of the grapes, vine by vine. All of their sparkling wines are renowned for their character, quality, and prestige.
