A very innovative and unique artisan Galician red vermouth made from the Albariño grape variety. A vermouth with a unique flavour and personality, crafted by the Vermutería de Galicia.

Made following a traditional and natural formula from premium quality Albariño wine source exclusively from the vineyards of the Pazo de Arreté in Padrón, a winery in the DO Rias Baixas.

The Albariño base wine on its lees is macerated with a meticulous selection of local herbs and botanicals: 29 botanicals of which the wormwood and hibiscus stand out. The process of maceration by hand is what defines the unique personality of the St. Petroni vermouth.

The result is a complex vermouth with a unique fresh flavour, displaying aromas of wormwood, citrus, cinnamon, and vanilla, among others. Intense fragrance. Acidity, astringency, and sweetness in balance.

A perfect aperitif, to be served simply neat or on the rocks with a lime twist and a green olive. Once the bottle is opened, it is recommended to keep chilled for 3 to 6 months.
