The single varietal verdejo white wine is made by the Viñedos Singulares Project under the Denomination of Origin Rueda. A wine with remarkable freshness due to the high location of the plots where the selected grapes come from. Very old vines at an altitude of 900 metres from various municipalities in Segovia.


Production:

The wine undergoes a light cold maceration before undergoing controlled temperature fermentation for about 20 days, remaining in contact with its fine lees.

Tasting Notes: 

Greenish yellow color. Tropical aromas, with a light mineral background and an almost citrus-like freshness. Fresh, light, and smooth on the palate.

Notes: Best enjoyed in its youth.

Viñedos Singulares’s project consists of producing fine vintages from excellent vineyards and using the indigenous varietals of each region where they are produced, always at an excellent quality-price ratio.
