Production: A blend of the three traditional Cava grapes, where the Macabeo takes a major role accompained by the Xarel.lo and the Parellada varieties, produced exclusively from hand-picked grapes from the estate’s own vineyards and made only from the first pressing with low yields in order to obtain a premium quality must. 2nd fermentation in bottle with at least 2 years aging in bottle. Tasting Notes: Small bubbles and clean aromas, full-flavoured with a fruity background, fresh apples and clean aromas of ageing. Good persistence and long finish.
Note: Best consumed up to 18 months after disgorgement date. It matches perfectly with seafood and casseroled or grilled white meats.
