Grape Varieties: 60% Macabeo, 15% Xarel.lo and 25% Parellada

Type: Sparkling Brut Reserva

Alcohol Content: 11.5% vol.

Serving Temperature: 4–6 °C

Production:

A blend of the three traditional Cava grapes, where the Macabeo plays a major role, is accompanied by the Xarel.lo and the Parellada varieties. The grapes are hand-picked from the estate's own vineyards and made only from the first pressing with low yields in order to obtain a premium-quality must. Second fermentation takes place in the bottle with at least 2 years of bottle ageing.

Residual sugar: 2.6 g/l.

Tasting Notes:

Small bubbles and clean aromas, full-flavoured with a fruity background, fresh apples, and clean aromas of ageing. Good persistence and a long finish.

Note: Best consumed up to 18 months after the disgorgement date. It matches perfectly with seafood and casserolled or grilled white meats.
