Production:

A single variety of White Pedro Ximénez sourced from three plots in the municipal district of Batea, a total of 1.3 ha of vines over 60 years old growing at 350 metres above sea level.

Ecologically certified by CCPAE.

Manually harvested, fermentation takes place for 36 days in stainless steel vats. It spends 6 months resting on its fine lees in the same stainless steel vats and in amphoras.

Tasting Notes:

Golden yellow color, clean and bright. Aromas of ripe fruit, peach and apricot, honey and balsamic notes. Smooth, velvety and creamy on the palate, ample, fresh with good acidity and a long finish with a slightly saline touch.
