Kyrie, the winery's fine white wine, is a blend of four classic white grape varieties from Cataluña. A white wine with great structure, complexity, and finesse, made in very small quantities by Costers del Siurana, a family winery founded in 1974 by Carles Pastrana and Mariona Jarque, one of the pioneers who rediscovered the Priorat.

The winery produces a range of fine wines with excellent ageing potential. All their wines come from their own vineyards situated in the Sierra del Siurana, on steep slopes with poor, stony soils. Their wines have gained international recognition for their quality and complexity.

The wines are produced in the traditional way, adhering to a fixed coupage system that repeats the varieties and percentages of grapes each year, defining the character and personality of each wine according to the characteristics of the climate of each vintage.

Production: 

Made from a blend of different varieties that complement each other. The grapes come from the lower part of the small, south-facing "Mas d'en Bruno" vineyard on the winery's estate in Torroja del Priorat, where the average age of vines is 25 years.

The grapes are harvested at the optimal ripening time and undergo a light skin maceration. The wine is racked by gravity into new French oak barrels, where it ages for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:  

It is a rich and elegant wine with an intense golden colour. A intense nose of stone fruit and white fruit along with spices, minerals, and balsamic notes. Full-bodied, with a lengthy, mineral-tinged aftertaste, creamy texture, silky tannins, and excellent acidity and structure.

Notes: Drink now or keep a few years. A white wine with a great capacity for ageing and can be cellared for several years. It is recommended to decant or serve the wine in advance.
