Elaborated by Celler Rendé Masdéu, a small family-run winery in L'Espluga de Francoli in the Denomination of Origin Conca de Barberà. A winery with a long tradition in the wine business, inherited from their forefathers.

The family cultivates and elaborates organic wine, especially from single varietals of indigenous varieties that are well-suited to the terroir; they are also successfully specialized in the production of bittersweet vinegar from Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.

Production:

Harvested by hand from their own vineyards with clay-limestone. Pressing of the whole grapes, fermented at a controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:

Clean and bright. Fresh and aromatic, displaying floral and citrus aromas combined with notes of white fruits. The palate shows freshness with a lively fruitiness and good acidity. A bouquet of citrus and floral notes. Refreshing finish.
