Artigas Blanc is a blend of primarily White Grenache with a smaller proportion of Pedro Ximenez and Macabeo, sourced from vineyards planted on "Licorella" slate soils in the steep hillsides above the village of La Vilella Alta, at the heart of the Priorat region.

Production: Only 50% of the wine ferments in oak. Aged for 3 months, 50% in new French oak and 50% in stainless steel vats. 

Tasting Notes: Beautifully aromatic nose of predominately citrus and white flowers with a characteristic mineral touch. Subtle with a splendid integration of acidity, minerality, and volume. On the palate, it displays a fresh character with floral and mineral notes that are deliciously persistent.

Notes: Should evolve for another couple of years and drink over the next decade.
