Production:

The sparkling rosé from the Vilarnau family in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, the heart of the cava country, is a blend with the Garnacha as the main character, complemented with the Pinot Noir.

Organically produced, each variety has been vinified separately. Bottled fermented "Méthod Champenoise". Aged in bottle for a minimum of 15 months.

Vegan Suitable.

Tasting Notes: 

Pale rosé cava. Delicious and fragrant, with violet and rose aromas, with some ripe red fruit, strawberries, and blackberries. Perfectly balanced, very soft, creamy, and fresh; very elegant.
