A blend from a selection of the best grapes from their own estate, 22 hectares of vineyards are planted with several autochthonous grape varieties, especially the 70-year-old Xarel.lo vines.

Traditional method elaboration with second fermentation in bottle. Aged over 18 months.

 

Tasting Notes: Intense rose color. Fruity aromas, especially of strawberries and raspberries. Quite smooth and flavorful on the palate, with a good acidity structure and freshness.

Note: Suitable as an aperitif, with fish dishes and light meals like paste and rice dishes, as well as on its own at any time.
