Serving Temperature: 6°–8° C.

A blend from a selection of the best grapes from their own estate, 22 hectares of vineyards are planted with several autochthonous grape varieties, especially the 70-year-old xarel·lo vines.

Production:

Selection of the best grapes from one's own vineyards.

Traditional method elaboration with second fermentation in bottle. Aged over 18 months.

Tasting Notes: Intense rose colour. Fruity aromas, especially of strawberries and raspberries. Quite smooth and flavourful on the palate, with a good acidity structure and freshness.

Note: Suitable as an aperitif, with fish dishes and light meals like pasta and rice dishes, as well as on its own at any time.
