Tasting Notes: Presents excellent maturity, reminiscent of citrus compote, balsamic, and earthy forest notes. Good intensity, aromatic on the palate, freshness, and creamy texture finishing with a pleasant softness and great persistency.

Because of its excellent complexity and persistency, it is ideal to accompany a whole meal. Great with risotto, shellfish, duck, and baked meats.

Cava Vives Ambrós is a small family business, the inheritors of a winemaking tradition passed on along a number of generations. The Cellar is located in the small village of Montferri in the Alt Camp, Tarragona. They elaborate a wide range of still wines and sparkling wines, faithfully adhering to their philosophy of practising artisanal work both in the vineyard and in the winery. All the work is carried out manually, from the remuage in the racks to the disgorgement, the artisanal wax seal, and the printing of the disgorgement date at the back of the label in each bottle.
