Production: 

A very special sparkling wine made exclusively from the Pinot Noir variety, vinified in white. The expedition liqueur added is totally natural, 7 gr/l.  It has a long minimum maturation period of 36 months in bottle with its lees.

Tasting Notes:

Aromatic, fragrant and complex, with very fine integrated bubbles, offering some vibrant fruit flavours of red fruits, pure crushed cherries, strawberries and candied fruit. Elegant and smooth with a long, delicate aftertaste.

Cava Bertha is a relatively young Cava, starting to work in 1989 under the trademark of Josep Torres Sibill, and it was 1998 when the Cava Bertha trademark was registered officially. With it came changes to the concept of the product: new image, new presentation, new concept, new philosophy and, above all, new products. In less than a decade, it has increased its reputation, establishing itself as one of the region’s most valued and as a synonym for high-quality products.
