Serving Temperature: 6º–8º C.

Production: A blend from a selection of the best grapes from their own estate, 22 hectares of vineyards planted with several autochthonous grape varieties, standing out the 70-year-old Xarel.lo vines. Traditional method elaboration with second fermentation in bottle.

Tasting Notes: Fine and continuous bubbles with clean aromas, quite fruity , some toasted notes. Full-flavoured, pleasant and soft on the palate with a fruity background. Good acidity and persistence.

Note: Can be enjoyed on its own at any time; also ideal as an aperitif and accompanying fish dishes and light meals such as pasta and rice.
