The Nigrum Reserve brut is made from a selection of grapes sourced from their own "Mas Miquel" estate in Aiguamurcia (Alt Camp in Tarragona) and is one of the highest areas in the Penedès region.

Production: 

Manually harvested, the grapes are pressed gently. Each grape variety is vinified separately and fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve its rich aroma. Ageing a minimum of 2 years at their underground cellars, in a modernist building in Vilafranca del Penedès.

 

Tasting Notes:

A classic, fresh, and rounded pale yellow colour with fine bubbles and a fruity nose with hints of honey. Crisp and lingering finish. Best enjoyed with light dishes, ideal with fish and creamy sauce dishes.
