Production: 

Elaborated from old Grenache vines sourced from the 10-hectare estate “Aiguasals” in the municipal district of Falset and from old Carignan (Samsó) vines planted on a small parcel with clay soils in the municipal district of Els Guiaments.

Hand harvested. Fermented in stainless steel vats. 40% of the wine ages for 5 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes: 

Good intensity of ripe and succulent fruit, with subtle spice and notes of aromatic forest herbs. Good integration of acidity, oak, and tannins.
