Serving Temperature: 14º - 16º

Production:

Red Grenache 100% cultivated in the traditional way with minimal intervention. Sourced from a single plot, "Les Cometes", a vineyard that was already used by their ancestors, a perfect plot with calcareous-panal soils.

Manual selection of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature of 25-27ºC with native yeasts.

The wine spends 9 months in 350-liter amphoras. Bottled unclarified and lightly filtered.

Tasting Notes: A perfect expression of the Garnacha style. Classy ripe fruit nose, scents of red and dark fruit aromas, lively, firm, subtly spicy with a hint of violets, redcurrant, and strawberry. Cherry-like fruit flavours on the palate, balsamic notes, and a pleasantly fruity finish.
