Serving Temperature: 16º - 18º

The new wine by Celler Vendrell Rived is made naturally, with no added sulphites, and organically grown. Grenache grapes sourced from the family's vineyard in Marça, "Finca de les Pedrenyeres", within the Montsant Appellation of Origin.

Production:

Hand-picked, fermented and macerated in stainless steel vats for 15 days and aged in the same container for nine months.

Bottled without added sulphites, filtration, or clarification.

Tasting Notes: Clean and bright. Displaying authentic varietal character, red fruit with balsamic notes intermixed. On the palate is savoury, flavour-filled, sweet spices, smooth, good acidity and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
