Belondrade is a white wine from the Belondrade family estate. A blend of the 24 plots that make up the domaine "Quinta San Diego", 41 hectares of organically certified vines at an altitude of 750 metres above sea level and with an age of the vines of over 30 years.
The soil is made up of a layer of pebbles and varying degrees of sand and clay. The vineyard is worked sustainably, always cultivating in the most organic and natural way possible.
Production:
Fermented spontaneously in 300- and 500-litre French oak barrels, then aged for 9 months on its lees.
Bottled in July 2025. Afterwards, it will spend a minimum of 6 additional months in bottle before being released.
Tasting Notes: Elegant, toasty aromas with mineral notes and spicy fruit. Delicious, mouth-filling, and toasty, with mature and exotic fruit working in harmony with the oak. Good acidity and complexity. Persistent and lengthy.
Notes: It is recommended to let the wine breathe before serving. Drinking very well now and over the next 4–5 years.
