Terra Remota comes from selected vines that compose this skilful blend growing on granite soils. Organically grown, the grapes are hand-picked at the optimum point of ripeness.

Production:

Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel vats and partly in 55-hl oak barrels. The ageing will take place over 12 months in 500-litre French oak barrels. Ecological Agriculture

Tasting Notes:

Very fruity and pleasantly well-defined nose of ripe cherry and raspberries, vanilla with floral scents, and slightly toasted notes. Elegance and finesse with a remarkable supple texture, rich dark jammy fruits combined with fine toasted notes, and velvety tannins.

Notes: Drinking beautifully now and through the following 3 to 5 years.
