Ales Negre belongs to the range of wines from the new project of Marc & Emma Bournazeau of the well-known winery in L'Empordà, Terra Remota. Wines made from black and white Grenache grapes grown in the Empordà and Terra Alta regions. A range of fresher, clean wines displaying great fruit intensity – wines made by avoiding excess body and tannins – offers an excellent price-quality relationship. Practising sustainable viticulture with the maximum respect for nature.

Production:

Hand-harvested, followed by a selection process of the grapes.

Fermentation by gravity and soft extraction with daily pigeage. Aged for 4–6 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh and clean, with a distinct spiciness and fruity aromas of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry. On the palate, it shows vibrant red fruit that combines wonderfully with the peppery aromas, remaining smooth and fresh throughout.
