Nita is an unoaked red wine produced by Mertixell Pallejà. It is a blend of grapes sourced from a small vineyard in Gratallops, Priorat.

Production:

The wine has fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed by a few weeks of resting in concrete vats.

Tasting Notes:

Fragrant and mineral scents of raspberry and cherry fruit combine with hints of violet and lavender aromas. Concentrated with layers of ripe fruit, excellent freshness, and good acidity.
