Elaborated from 100% Grenache sourced from low-yielding old vines from two single vineyards, "Monte Alto" and "La Sarda", located on the slopes of the Iberian Mountain range, close to the highest peak of "El Moncayo", with soil composed of very arid slate.

Production:

Hand-harvested, traditional winemaking, cold maceration for 24 hours, and ageing on its lees for 4 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

Fruity nose, marked by the characteristic spicy hints. Ripe, medium-bodied, smooth, integrated oak, and lively tannins.
