Produced by Maison Simonnet-Febvre, a traditional Chablis winery founded in 1840 and considered one of the oldest in the area, their Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a 100% Pinot Noir, with grapes coming from the Yonne area in Burgundy from 25-year-old vines growing on clay and limestone marls from the Portlandian Jurassic. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, fermented at a controlled temperature for 8–10 days. Ageing 12 months in tanks.

Tasting notes: Classic Burgundy, with its light cherry fruits and raspberries, stylish and moreish, fresh with light tannins, round, smooth, and ready to drink.
