Serving Temperature: 16º - 18º

Cims de Porrera wines are still made in the village cooperative of Porrera. The project comprises about 20 local wine growers and has been led since 2004 by the well-known "Cousins" of Priorat, Adriá and Marc Perez.

The Classic is made from a selection of very old Samsó vines, ranging from 60 to 100 years old. Long ageing in French oak barrels (20% new and 80% used) for 3 years.

Tasting Notes:

Ripe, jammy fruit, mature dark fruit aromas, plums and cedar, Mediterranean herbs with chocolate notes, and spices. A pleasant creamy palate, rich and succulent, which should develop very nicely.
