Alcohol Volume: 14% Vol

Serving Temperature: 14º - 16º

Production:

Sourced from older tempranillo vines planted between 1978 and 1989 and from younger vines of the other varieties planted in 2004 at an altitude between 560 and 750 metres. Hand harvested. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 22º-24ºC with a short skin soaking with some oak in it. Aged for 3 months in used French oak barriques.

Best enjoyed in youth over the next 1-3 years.

Tasting Notes: Displays well-defined varietal characteristics, smooth, velvety, and rich Tempranillo, pleasant and aromatic Grenache, spicy and delicious Syrah and full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. Nicely balanced.
