Production: 

A young 50:50 Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot with a brief ageing in oak of 6 months, fruity, powerful, balanced and flavoursome wine, elaborated by Bodegas y Viñedos del Alto Aragón, better known as Enate, a winery founded in 1991 and making a wide range of modern and high-quality wines in the Somontano region, at the foothills of the Pyrenees, northeast of the province of Huesca.

Tasting Notes: 

Aromatic blackberry fruit-scented nose with hints of violet, red pepper, vanilla and herbs. A smooth, round, full-bodied, flavoursome wine, with lively fruit, ripe tannins and a slightly toasty finish. A very approachable wine that combines the feel of a young and a crianza wine.

Best enjoyed now and over the next 4-5 years.
