A young 100% Gewürztraminer, aromatic, floral, powerful, balanced, and flavoursome wine, selected from a single vineyard in the Enate Valley.

It is elaborated by Bodegas y Viñedos del Alto Aragón, better known as Enate, a winery founded in 1991 and producing a wide range of modern and high-quality wines in the Somontano region, at the foothills of the Pyrenees, northeast of the province of Huesca.  

Production:

The grapes are gently crushed before being placed in a pneumatic press, where they undergo maceration with the skins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. The wine is clarified and stabilises at -5ºC to remove excess potassium bitartrate.

Tasting Notes:

A young wine of great complexity displaying a wide range of aromas. It has a distinct spicy character with honeyed and floral notes. On the palate, it is rich with a velvety texture. Aromas of roses, mandarins and spices stand out, leading to a silky, evolving finish.

Notes: 

The wine will age superbly in the bottle over several years, developing deeper complexity and maturity.
