Production: Quality Sparkling wine fermented, “Méthod Champenoise” from ecological farming. A blend of 45% Xarel.lo, 45% Macabeo and 10% Parellada, with an in-cava aging on the lees of 44 months.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow colour. Stylish, the peach and apricot flavours together with some floral notes, apples and lime hints makes it nicely rounded and mousy with refreshing acidity.
