Serving Temperature: To enhance its unique style, bouquet and aromas, best served between 10º and 12ºC.

Production:   

Sourced from the finest vineyards, mainly in prime sites around Ay on the Montagne de Reims. An icon among non-vintage champagnes, it is the result of the delicate blending between harvest grapes and a majority of reserve wines, some aged in magnums for more than 15 years in Bollinger’s cellar. Non-vintage champagnes are aged for a minimum of three years, more than twice the time required by the appellation. Dosage moderate, 8–9 g/l. The result is a full-bodied, firm and dry champagne with a beautifully aromatic complexity, ripe fruit and spicy aromas. Fine velvety bubbles, length of flavour on the palate and fresh walnut notes.
