The Grand Cru V6 Experience is a Pinot Noir based wine with a long ageing in the cellar. It has the quality and style of Bouzy, where the Pinot Noir grapes are exclusively sourced from their 9-hectare estate, which is composed of chalk and clay soils, and it is positioned on the best middle slopes of Bouzy, classified as 100%Grand Cru, an area famous for its red still wine made from 100% Pinot Noir.
Production:
The harvest is done manually with a careful selection of the clusters taking place to discard those that have not matured properly.
The Pinot Noir ages for 72 months on the lees in the family's cellar.
Disgorgement and dosage is done, batch by batch, according to the wine's specific attributes, evolution and season of the year.
Tasting notes: Primary aromas of Pinot Noir and ageing notes present. Fine bubbles, fresh and elegant. Showing some excellent, complex notes of candied fruit, spice, ginger bread, sweet citrus and developing nice nuttiness on a dry finish.
Note: This is a very gastronomic wine, to accompany the whole meal. It can be enjoyed today or many years from now when stored with care.
